School policies cover every aspect of school life and we are currently refreshing a number of key policies.
In the meantime, should you want to know our policy on something, please ask the Office Manager.
Paper copies of all policies are available on request at the school office.
Behaviour Policy: Our Behaviour for Learning Policy is below and outlines the 'Good To Be Green'system in use at our school.
The Behaviour and Discipline Policies are in compliance with section 89 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006
Charging Policy, including Breakfast Club: Parental contributions are sought for some educational visits and activities. These are often subsidised by Pupil Premium or Sports Funding to minimise the impact on low income families. A weekly contribution towards swimming transport costs is also levied for some year groups.
Our popular Breakfast Club runs from 8.15am each morning for children in the main school for which there is a small charge of £1 per session. The cost of this will be reviewed by the Governing Body at least annually.
Wrap-Around Care: Currently there is insufficient demand for Wrap-Around Child-Care to make such provision cost-effective. However, the Governing Body is exploring options in preparation for when the school relocates to the new site and as numbers increase. This provision will be chargeable to parents and may be run by an external provider .
